The dessert was ice cream and fruit salad. Drinks were extra but not over the top. The show itself was caught in a time warp. The venue was old, the table and seating old and the drinks expensive and undrinkable we ordered red wine and couldn't drink it.…”

The live music was great but the dance floor was taken over by a group locals who were very good dancers and obviously used the venue for dancing or maybe bought in by the venue, so it didn't leave much room on the dance floor for guests. the service was good but the food mediocre for the cost. The transport provided was excellent and a driver came early to collect us as requested.”

We skipped the duty free shopping as we didn’t want to delay crossing the border and had also flown through 4 airports in the previous week so had already had ample opportunity for duty free shopping. The dinner was in an old Jesuit catholic mission that is now a hotel. The dining room looks out over the river and Paraguay. They have information about the mission and its work with…”

“Roberto was the best host for this dinner. Although I was a solo, there was another gentleman who had booked the same dinner that evening as well. Roberto has lived in multiple countries and his respect and understanding of other cultures is truly admirable. I definitely had more than usual share of dinner trying out the various meat options. Roberto gave nice information about Rio de Janeiro as well. Young or old alike, he is well at ease and will make it a memorable evening for anyone. Highly recommended activity if you are in Rio even for a day!”
