Contáctamos a Viator y otra empresa nos fué a buscar en vehículo para adherirnos a otro tour que no habíamos reservado ( al mismo lugar) pero no entendíamos nada. Pésima agencia que no responde y el chico con el que hablamos de Viator tampoco pudo contáctarse con ellos. Gracias a la gestión del empleado de Viator pudimos hacer igual el tour.
