Brazil · 5-DAY EXPERIENCES
Good 5-day experiences fill up weeks out and the best go first. Below: the 5 to book early, what each includes, and where they genuinely differ.
A small-group Jalapão adventure from Palmas with fervedouros, dunes, waterfalls, quilombola meals, and easy rafting, plus local guides.
“The tour guides have a great mood, they were always very polite, they are calm, they never spoke out loud, otherwise they are not spoken in a moderate tone, like other guides I saw during the tours, unlike many other guides in other places I have visited!Auto-translated”
Ride a local 5-day ferry from Manaus to Belém, stay in a hammock or cabin, enjoy Amazon wildlife views, and trade comfort for big river time.
“I'm very glad I took the trip. The passengers were all friendly, even though I do not speak Portuguese. My cabin was as described. Only big enough for one person with luggage. The air con worked. The bathroom was disgusting, but the boat bathroom was fine.”
5-day Vale do Pati trek from Lençóis, covering Mirante do Pati, Morro do Castelo, Cachoeirão, and the Empire climb.
“Amazing, everything very good. Guides are awesome, hiking is good. Unique experience. In my opinion they should charge more for what we were offered.”
5 days in Rio with Sugarloaf climb, Tijuca hikes, Santa Teresa to Lapa sights, plus samba nights and caipirinhas, pickup included.
“Marcos was a great guide! He was very knowledgeable, and stories that made the experience so memorable. He also ensured our safety was a priority.”
5-day Amazon jungle tour from Manaus with piranha fishing, night wildlife, Caboclos sunrise, jungle camping, and a Rio Negro swim.
“overall it was a great tour that incorporated a lot of experienced and had very knowledgeable guides. the food was good and i really enjoyed the tour, met some great people too. I recommend!!”
